This Mystique model home defines beach modern with a sophisticated, refined twist. A large portion of the budget was allocated toward intricate and inspiring architectural details. The elevator entry floor is fabricated from a marble tile boarded by European white oak flooring to create a large-scale diamond pattern. The wood flooring continues throughout the main living space in a chic herringbone pattern. Different wood tones were incorporated into the ceiling beams and furnishings to add layers and texture.
